If you live in the Pocatello or Chubbuck area we will not charge a minimum fee. We'll send a professional technician to you, assess the problem and work with you to find a solution. If the problem can be solved onsite we will charge only for the work done at that time.
If the problem can not be solved onsite we can transport your computer to our computer lab and assess the problem further. We'll contact you, 'before' we start work on your computer, give you an estimate and get your permission before we start work.
